We are seeking an experienced Biomedical/Imaging Services Manager in our Columbia, SC facility!
Position Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate the daily workload for biomedical services personnel

Assign technicians to jobs as determined by priority of need
-
Manage biomedical department that provides services for all clinical biomedical and imaging equipment.

Develop and maintain department policy and procedures

Establish equipment risk criteria and PM requirements

Oversee product recalls and hazard alerts
-
Ensure compliance with quality assurance, equipment and procedural standards, health and safety protocols

Manage a CMMS software program
-
Evaluate and recommend clinical equipment replacement and service needs
-
Manage departmental budget, and human resource tasks and issues
Position Qualifications
-
Minimum of an Associate’s degree, or military/OEM/ISO biomedical/imaging service management experience required. Advanced degree is desirable.

4+ year management experience in a biomedical or imaging environment, preferably in a hospital setting
-
In-depth knowledge of biomedical engineering and medical technologies.

Participated in local/state/federal regulatory and JCAHO inspections.

Proficient organizational, time management and leadership skills.
-
Ability to communicate at all levels within a healthcare setting.

Self-motivated to complete tasks accurately and on-time.
