Director responsible for overall operations of a 16 bed non-trauma ER. Will oversee 30-35 FTE, while also have a Clinical Coordinator to assist in the overall operations of the department. Department is very sound and running smoothly. Reports to Chief Nursing Officer.

Smaller town with a population around 20,000. Nearby attractions include multiple parks, museums, and a few golf courses. There are multiple colleges nearby as well.

Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate would posses 3-5 years of ER Management experience. Bachelor's degree required. LA RN license.
Salary:
$80,000 - $90,000 / DOE
