We have an exciting opportunity for an evening shift Lab Supervisor. Qualified candidate will be a Med Tech with at least five years of generalist experience required, and two year of supervisory experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead a team. Must be able to problem solve in a fast-paced environment and have strong technical trouble-shooting experience. Our Medical Technologists work in a collaborative, team environment.
This is a full-time evenings, supervisory position that shares rotating weekend coverage.
They would have approximately 25 direct reports. Position involves about 70% bench work and 30% Supervisory. Lab volume is approximately 850,000 tests annually.
