The Nursing Director of Women's & Infant's Services provides for the overall management of the OB, labor & delivery, and maternal baby units. Responsibilities include patient satisfaction, continuously improving quality and clinical performance, maintaining compliance with all federal/state regulations, company policies, and Joint Commission standards, hiring and developing excellent clinical personnel, maintaining positive physician relations, achieving staff productivity goals, and achieving financial/budget results

Job Requirements:
You will need a BSN and Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Hospital Administration or MBA, plus 5 yrs. of progressively increasing administrative roles, including responsibility for multiple units. You should also possess an entrepreneurial and pioneering nature. Someone who can establish how the program is run, going forward.
