| Peri-Operative Services Manager |

Administers, supervises and coordinates peri-operatives services including: operating room, PACU, outpatient surgery, Anesthesia, and sterile processing. The peri-operative manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department. The manager is responsible for budgeting; employee supervision; planning and directing work of employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems within and between departments. This position also evaluates nursing practices to maintain high standard of care and implements improvements as needed. Managerial duties comprise 75% of the FTE and clinical duties comprise 25% of FTE.

Job Requirements:
Licensed RN
At least 7 years experience in peri-operative services
At least 5 years management experience
Salary:
$27.62/hr-$38.00/hr. |
