| Rehab Technician/Rehab Aide/Physical Therapy Tech |

The Rehab Therapy Aide, under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist assists with the therapy treatments and maintains the treatment area in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Will also perform clerical duties as assigned, and wheel chair transport of the residents.

Facility Description:
Praxis Alzheimer's Facility is a 115 bed skilled nursing facility.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma, computer literate, CNA preferred.
Job Schedule:
Mon-Fri, approximately 8am-4pm
Salary:
$10/hour
